We're in search of a dynamic Senior Product Operations Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive New Product Introduction (NPI) process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our PDLC by creating a cohesive framework that aligns stakeholders from all departments at every step of the lifecycle, from inception to launch and beyond.
Additionally, you will partner with Product Management to nurture and optimize our Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) methods while supporting downstream teams to maximize customer adoption.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent stakeholder management abilities and a proven track record of fostering alignment in multi-faceted operations.
Optimize processes, remove blockers and partner with cross-functional teams to help drive successful product launches, increase product adoption and enable go-to-market success.
Develop and implement a holistic NPI process that ensures alignment and collaboration among stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to review, monitor, and optimize sub-processes within each stage of the product development lifecycle.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the NPI process, identifying areas for improvement and refinement, using data where possible.
5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, process improvement, or related roles within the B2B SaaS industry.
~ Proven track record of developing, implementing and scaling effective product development methods and processes.
~ Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including discovery, solutioning, development, release management, and go-to-market strategies.
~ Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
