Are you a marketing technology focused Product Manager? Is your background and expertise in digital ecosystems, digital martech, or ad-tech? Working closely with our Head of Consumer Portfolio and Insights, a data-driven marketing SME, this opportunity offers huge scope to maximise capabilities and opportunities across multiple equifax business units. Utilising your expertise with external vendors, sales, delivery and our Tech teams, develop and drive the adoption and growth of our Digital Products and Solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Digital consumer product roadmap development and lifecycle management, from assessing market opportunities, customer needs analysis, input to solution design / development, managing the vision and implementing go to market plans.

  • Evaluate the competitive landscape and utilize understanding of competitors.

  • Develop digital product offering across multiple platforms and manage the distribution of these products through vendor partners.

  • Revise and test concepts with existing and prospective customers.

  • Own development of strategic partnerships and maximise these partners/vendors by working closely. Review viability of our commercial models and packaging.

  • Monitor product adoption and use through data analysis and customer feedback.

  • Track, monitor and ensure effective performance of the product including attainment of revenue and margin objectives.

  • Manage product offerings to ensure new capabilities meet customer/market needs.

  • Collect, analyse and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights and findings to drive digital product lifecycle management decisions including enhancements and sunsetting.

What experience you need

  • Significant experience (5+ years ideally) with digital marketing technologies and attributes.

  • Proven digital product management experience including the building and management of digital audiences.

  • Strong understanding of the digital martech, ad tech and digital identity ecosystem.

  • Hands-on experience with Demand Side platforms, Customer Data Platforms

  • Extensive knowledge of privacy compliant data solutions and operating with regulatory requirements.

  • A calm, measured approach and ability to perform in a deadline driven environment.

  • Track record of consistency in terms of focus and delivery.

  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfort and confidence influencing, managing and presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
