À titre de superviseur(e) de l’exploitation à notre succursale de Lachine , vous superviserez tous les comptoirs de location et l’administration afin d’assurer des activités simplifiées et centrées sur le client. Cette personne devra interagir avec nos clients et nos employés du Québec et de partout au Canada, où l’anglais est la langue qui prédomine. Le bilinguisme est donc essentiel pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.

La personne sélectionnée devra effectuer les tâches suivantes:

  • Superviser les activités quotidiennes au comptoir de location, en établissant des communications claires entre les équipes de location, des centres de service et des ventes.
  • Coordonner les vérifications quotidiennes dans la cour, l’enregistrement des remorques et les inspections visuelles, tout en supervisant les ajouts et les retraits de véhicules et d’équipement.
  • Préparer les soumissions dans Salesforce et gérer le contrôle des stocks dans la cour.
  • Passer en revue les dossiers ouverts et fermés, vérifier la facturation et la tarification des clients, gérer l’ouverture et la fermeture des contrats de location et des baux, et s’occuper des réservations de remorques.
  • Optimiser l’utilisation du parc de véhicules pour les engagements à court et à long terme, en mettant à jour les informations sur le service et les inspections des véhicules commerciaux dans les dossiers d’équipement.
  • Gérer les appels entrants, les acheminer aux services appropriés et promouvoir les locations et les ventes grâce à des activités de prospection et de communication.
  • Coordonner les inventaires des remorques entre les succursales et les régions, organiser et superviser les locations en dehors des heures ouvrables et coordonner le travail interne et externe avec les fournisseurs.

Compétences, habiletés et expérience requises:

  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
  • Deux ans d’expérience dans un poste de supervision
  • Connaissance de l’industrie des semi-remorques ou du transport, un atout
  • Compétences de niveau intermédiaire en informatique et capacité d’utiliser les applications de Microsoft Office
  • Solides aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle, capacité d’établir des priorités et d’accomplir plusieurs tâches simultanément et excellent sens de l’organisation
