Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in construction estimating, project management, and construction management will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects

- Collaborate with project team to develop project schedule, timelines, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality

- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation

- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed to complete the project

- Facilitate communication between project teams, suppliers, and clients

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Skills:

- Familiarity with blueprint reading

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders

- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in project documentation and cost estimates

- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
