Brandon School Division is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant (Facilities/Transportation).

The Administrative Assistant (Facilities/Transportation) provides confiden tial administration, reception, and clerical support services to the Brandon School Division's Facilities/Transportation Department.
Are established by the Manager of Facilities within the parameters of the job profile.
Administrative Assistant Certificate (17 to 20 week program) and Financial Accounting coursework or similar coursework/certificates, with a minimum of three years work related experience.
Working knowledge of relevant Brandon School Division policies and procedures.
A strong secretarial skill set, including word processing, photocopying, data input, reception, faxing, emailing, customer service skills, and verified keyboarding skills of 60 wpm.
Moderate reading, writing and mathematical skills.
Class 5 Driver's License.
WHMIS training.
Unified Referral & Intake Systems (URIS) training.
Working knowledge of computers and related business applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, PowerSchool, Atrieve ERP, Versatrans, Rescheduler, Help Desk).
Permanent CUPE employees presently on staff will be given early consideration, in accordance with COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT.
Employment will be subject to a Criminal Record Check and a Child Abuse Registry Check completed within the four months preceding the date of application with results satisfactory to the Brandon School Division.
