Nous recherchons un associé ou une associée, service pour les régimes SunAvantage au sein de l’équipe du Développement des affaires des Garanties collectives. Vous aurez la responsabilité conjointe de veiller à ce que tous les besoins des conseillers et des courtiers soient respectés en temps opportun et de manière satisfaisante. La personne occupant ce poste relèvera du ou de la gestionnaire, service, Développement des affaires. 
Examiner et recueillir les données nécessaires à la préparation des soumissions, à l’établissement des affaires nouvelles et à la modification des contrats en vigueur.
Échanger avec les membres de l’équipe des idées susceptibles d’améliorer la prestation du service et les processus connexes.
Participer activement aux formations, aux réunions mensuelles des associés et spécialistes service, aux formations sur les nouveaux produits et aux mises à jour des divers processus.
De un à trois ans d’expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle
Empathie pour le Client et engagement à offrir un service et une expérience Client d’excellente qualité
Aptitudes pour l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes
Sens de l’organisation et de la gestion du temps
Maîtrise des logiciels Word, Excel et PowerPoint
Il peut arriver que vous ayez à faire des heures supplémentaires après vos heures normales de travail
Capacité de bien communiquer en français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (au Québec)
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou d’un niveau supérieur

Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
We are responsible for servicing a block of business. Participating in the acquisition and installation of new business
Providing ongoing support to our Clients, their Plan Administrators, and their Plan Advisors
Actively participate in Training, Monthly Service team meetings, educational training on new product offering and various process update
Support Account Executives and Service Specialist/Consultants by maintaining data integrity
Update and ensure internal reporting and tracking tools (CRM) are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information
Ensure the electronic filing of correspondence and data is documented
Passionate: You ask the right questions to understand the Clients’ wants and needs and have a passion for building strong relationships
You are proficient in multiple platforms and systems (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Project-management: A two-week formal training session to learn the necessary skills to successfully complete the role
Continuous support offered by your future peers and a manager following the training
Opportunity to support multiple high-touch Clients and work with a diverse service team
