Position Summary Carboline is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, located at their facility in Concord, Ontario who can speak, read, and write fluently in both English and French. This is a full time in-office position that is responsible for full-cycle order management starting with the placement of the order, coordination of manufacturing the product, and shipment through billing.

This Customer Service Representative will speak with customers and our sales team over the phone and through email requiring great communication skills, an ability to learn complex order systems, and a team orientated personality.

High School Degree or equivalent, 2-year Business degree or 1-5 years Customer Service experience. Fluent in speaking and writing in both English and French.

Answer a high volume of phone calls.
Input orders with correct price, discounts, commission splits, rate special requirements, products, point of manufacture, sales division, project, market, routing, and freight terms.
Maintain existing customer base through proper servicing and complaint handling skills.
Work with customer service manager to initiate expediting and improved schedule dates
Advise sales management and field sales representatives of customer perception in terms of the company’s service level.
Understand and follow policy guidelines relative to stock orders, no-charge orders, special charges, quality compliance, credit, freight recovery, commission levels and commission splits.
Work closely with Regional Managers on pertinent regional service and support issues, account development, sales training, inventory availability, etc.
Provide backup for the whole Customer Service Department.
Handle special assignments as needed.
