Job description:

• Offer technical assistance and application advice to customers regarding MPS products.

• Support Product Managers, Business Development, and Sales in a technical capacity to seize new opportunities.

• Contribute technical insights for the creation and upkeep of datasheets for your product line.

• Provide technical marketing insights to internal development teams during the project management phase of new product design.

• Develop Application Notes tailored to the utilization of MPS products.

• Generate training materials to aid Sales business development and Marketing efforts.

• Produce technical content for dissemination on social media platforms.

• Conduct Competitor Analysis and generate reports

• Will be reporting to Senior Product Marketing Management

Skills & Software:

· Capable of understanding AC/DC and DC/DC and power electronics jargon

· Marketing skills and software

· Customer Service related skills

· In-depth comprehension of target markets, including networking equipment/ infrastructure, wireless communications, computational and industrial sectors.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

· 7 or more years of Experience in a technical support/ customer engagement role

· A background in working with power supply/ converters and electronics

· A background in Marketing and/ or Sales

· Excellent communication and comprehension

· Technical knowledge is a necessity
