We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dedicated sales team focused on acquiring new customers for Workleap . In this pivotal role, you will not only exceed quarterly revenue quotas but also play a critical part in shaping our sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives, ensuring they surpass their individual quotas and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Recruit, nurture, and develop a team of passionate, coachable, and inquisitive sales professionals who share our commitment to success.
Sales Team Development: Develop the team through regular training sessions, skill-building workshops, or mentoring programs.
Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals, enhance sales activities, and improve key performance indicators.
Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing coaching to your team, guiding them in sales best practices, pipeline management, and opportunity handling to ensure higher deal closure rates.
Sales Process Enhancement: Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Offer reliable and data-driven sales forecasts to the Director of Sales to aid in decision-making.
You will lead a team of 6 highly motivated sales representatives, each dedicated to delivering value through consultative sales efforts. Evolving Brand Identity: We are in the midst of a significant transformation, transitioning from multiple point solutions to a unified family of products that will ultimately form a comprehensive platform. Your strategic direction and team leadership will play a pivotal role in broadening these perceptions .
# Building a Feedback Loop: To drive innovation and shape the future of Workleap , we need a robust feedback loop with our marketing and product team. This challenge involves establishing a seamless channel for your team to relay customer insights, needs, and pain points to our product development teams as well as the marketing team. These challenges underscore the pivotal role of the Sales Manager at Workleap . Your ability to champion our evolving brand identity, reshape perceptions in the market, and create a symbiotic relationship between sales and product development will be central to our success.
Sales Leadership : More than 2 years of experience in sales leadership within a B2B SaaS environment;
Demonstrated success as an Account Executive or in Business Development for multiple years, with a proven track record of exceeding targets;
Sales Coaching : Recognized as an exceptional sales coach, fostering a culture of high performance among your team;
Proficient in remote work practices, highly organized, and process-oriented;
Data-Driven : Obsessed with data, with a proven ability to create, analyze, and forecast CRM data;
Performance Reviews : Skilled in leading 1:1 pipeline reviews , performance evaluations, and growth discussions;
Tech-Savvy: Ideally, you are comfortable with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Microsoft tools.
