Job description:

As part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will build/develop dispositions to non-conformance material, parts, assemblies, and systems.

Key responsibilities:

· Investigate non-conformances reported by quality group.

  • Evaluate manufacturing deviation and its effect within the assembly.
  • Create engineering dispositions, supported by drawing/sketches and company/international standards.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Work in close collaboration with Engineering Specialist such as Stress, M&P, and Aerodynamics.
  • Work hand in hand with production and production support groups (Methods/manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics) to fix and resolve operational or engineering issues on aircraft.
  • Exchange information and collaborate between sites to ensure sharing of technical knowledge.
  • Coordinate with other MAP offices (Spain, Mexico, India) to ensure all client requirements are accurately addressed.
  • Mentor new MRB candidates through on-the-job training.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years MRB/MAP experience in commercial / business aircraft OR eight (8) years design experience in Aerospace.
  • You have excellent knowledge of aircraft structure and system installation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in mechanics of material, stress analysis and composite materials.
  • You have the desire and capability to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after a period of on-the-job training.
  • Knowledge in design office (design or stress) of aircraft structures (Airframe).
  • Extensive knowledge in CATIA V5 or similar CAD Software.
  • You are able to work autonomously and be a good teammate.
  • You have a good command of English language (written and spoken). Being completely bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
  • You are an upbeat person with excellent communication and social skills, a high sense of dedication, and a willingness to accept responsibilities while acting independently in a fast paced partner/supplier team environment.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.

En tant que membre d’une équipe d’ingénierie multidisciplinaire, vous créerez / développerez des dispositions pour les matériaux, les pièces, les assemblages et les systèmes de non-conformité.

Principales responsabilités :

Étudier les non-conformités signalées par groupe de qualité.

Évaluer l’écart de fabrication et son effet au sein de l’assemblage.

Créer des dispositions techniques, appuyées par des dessins/croquis et des normes d’entreprise/internationales.

Interpréter des dessins techniques et des spécifications.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des spécialistes de l’ingénierie tels que le stress, les M &P et l’aérodynamique.

Travailler main dans la main avec les groupes de soutien à la production et à la production (méthodes/fabrication, qualité et logistique) pour résoudre et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels ou d’ingénierie sur les aéronefs.

Échanger de l’information et collaborer entre les sites pour assurer le partage des connaissances techniques.

Coordonner avec d’autres bureaux du PAM (Espagne, Mexique, Inde) pour s’assurer que toutes les exigences des clients sont traitées avec exactitude.

Encadrer les nouveaux candidats à la CEM au moyen d’une formation en cours d’emploi.

Compétences requises

Baccalauréat en génie aéronautique ou mécanique ou dans un domaine connexe.

Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience MRB/MAP dans les avions commerciaux / d’affaires OU huit (8) ans d’expérience en conception dans l’aérospatiale.

Vous avez une excellente connaissance de la structure et de l’installation de systèmes d’aéronefs.

Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.

Connaissance de la mécanique des matériaux, de l’analyse des contraintes et des matériaux composites.

Vous avez le désir et la capacité d’obtenir la délégation du CEM du génie après une période de formation en cours d’emploi.

Connaissance du bureau d’études (conception ou contrainte) des structures d’aéronefs (cellule).

Connaissance approfondie de CATIA V5 ou d’un logiciel de CAO similaire.

Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et d’être un bon coéquipier.

Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise (écrite et parlée). Être complètement bilingue (français et anglais) est un atout.

Vous êtes une personne optimiste avec d’excellentes compétences en communication et sociales, un grand sens du dévouement et une volonté d’accepter tout en agissant de façon autonome dans un environnement d’équipe partenaire/fournisseur au rythme rapide.

Doit maîtriser MS Office.
