We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer Manager to lead our Aerospace Stress Team.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, as well as exceptional people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and analysis of aerospace structures, with a focus on stress analysis and damage tolerance.
  • Develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures to ensure high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on aerospace and stress analysis.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
