Manage and prioritize the recruitment of critical and urgent openings to meet business demands.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to create effective sourcing strategies based on job requirements.
Oversee internal and external talent acquisition channels to ensure sourcing efficiency.
Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for seamless recruitment workflows and accurate reporting.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Organize and participate in college recruiting events and career fairs to build a strong talent pipeline.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
~3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR with a proven track record of successful employee placements.
~ Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on managing critical and high-volume roles.
~ Strong skills in talent mapping, pipeline management, and workforce planning.
~ Familiarity with recruitment systems, including ATS platforms, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
~ Experience in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns is a plus
~ Experience in organizing or supporting college recruitment and career fair events is a plus
~ Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
