Job Description

">

This project-based position requires the administration of medications, drawing blood, and documenting patient care. The Registered Nurse will work in collaboration with our clients to provide high-quality medical services. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the nursing facility's policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
  • Complete medical records by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
  • Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
  • Provide information regarding the status of patients to physicians or other care providers.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse. Active BLS/CPR Certification is also required, along with knowledge of Med Surg and immunization records (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB, or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not available).

Schedule

">

Candidates will work on a rotating shift schedule, including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. Weekend and evening shifts are also required, as well as some overtime.
