What will you do?
Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the driving of marketing initiatives and processes, calendar, and creation of deliverables. The position calls for a passionate individual with strong organizational and project management skills - well-organized, structured and results & solutions oriented, who drives operational efficiency and can build relationships in cross functional teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project governance structure:
Establish a methodology to ensure projects run smoothly, within budget and on time. Manage a centralized tracking tool and share project management reports with stakeholders. - Streamline and automate processes:
Improve marketing operations performance by establishing, communicating, and reinforcing our team's processes and finding ways to automate operations and workflows. - Execute and analyze marketing programs for customer segments through a variety of channels, including integrated marketing campaigns, email, webinars, direct mail and account-based marketing tactics focused on lead generation and building the sales pipeline
- Facilitate collaboration, communication, and progression:
support project progression by guiding efficient communication between team members and involving the right people at the right time. - Work cross-functionally to ensure deliverables meet expectations and are delivered on time.
- Develops marketing operations processes, agendas, tools to drive team productivity and enable best in class deliverables
- Manage daily operations in marketing CRM system and automate marketing processes through workflows and integrated tools.
- Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking marketing efforts

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing or a related field. - Minimum 3-5+ years of full-time marketing experience
- Fluently in English:
high proficiency level speaking, listening, reading and writing - Strong organizational, project management and technical skills
- Excellent knowledge of HubSpot
- Good understanding of CSM/CRM
- Experience with Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics

Sous l’autorité de la directrice de la croissance du marketing numérique, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la conduite des initiatives et des processus marketing, le calendrier et la création des livrables. Vous devez être une personne passionnée, dotée de solides compétences en organisation et en gestion de projet, structurée et orientée vers les résultats et les solutions, qui favorise l’efficacité opérationnelle et peut établir des relations au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires.
Principales responsabilités
- Assurer la gouvernance de projets :
Mettre en place une méthodologie pour veiller au bon déroulement des projets, dans le respect du budget et des délais. Gérer un outil de suivi centralisé et transmettre les rapports de gestion de projet aux parties prenantes. - Rationaliser et automatiser les processus :
Améliorer le rendement des activités de marketing en établissant, en communiquant et en renforçant les processus de notre équipe et en trouvant des moyens d’automatiser les activités et les procédures. - Exécuter et analyser des programmes de marketing pour des segments de clientèle sur divers canaux, notamment des campagnes de marketing intégrées, des courriels, des webinaires, le publipostage direct et des tactiques de marketing fondées sur les comptes et axées sur la génération de prospects et la construction du pipeline de vente.
- Faciliter la collaboration, la communication et la progression :
Soutenir la progression des projets en assurant une communication efficace entre les membres de l’équipe et en impliquant les bonnes personnes au bon moment. - Collaborer avec d’autres équipes pour que les livrables répondent aux attentes et soient remis à temps.
- Mettre au point des processus, des plans et des outils pour les activités de marketing afin de stimuler la productivité de l’équipe et d’obtenir les meilleurs résultats possibles.
- Gérer les activités quotidiennes dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et automatiser les processus de marketing grâce à des procédures et des outils intégrés.
- Utiliser Google Tag Manager et Google Analytics pour suivre les efforts de marketing.

- Esprit d’innovation et volonté de contribuer de manière proactive à la croissance du groupe.
- Capacité à faire preuve d’agilité au sein d’une petite équipe et à s’adapter à l’évolution des besoins.
- Capacité avérée à influencer une organisation complexe comptant de multiples parties prenantes.
- Conscience organisationnelle.

- Approche systémique des projets et aisance avec les outils techniques.
Expérience, compétences et aptitudes clés
- Scolarité :
baccalauréat ès arts/science en commence, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. - Au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en marketing à temps plein.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais :
grandes facultés de compréhension et d’expression orales et écrites. - Solides compétences organisationnelles, techniques et en gestion de projet.
- Excellente connaissance de HubSpot.
- Bonne compréhension de la gestion du service à la clientèle/GRC.
- Expérience avec Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics.
