As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our platform, which is vital to our strategic growth and global reach. Strategy development: Craft and monitor the product’s roadmap, overseeing the development and launch of new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Resource management : Guide and mentor product owners in nurturing leadership skills focused on empathy, effective communication, cross-team collaboration and performance management, to inspire and enhance team performance.
Performance metrics: Drive processes to help the organization lead with data.
Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent combination of academic and experiences. An MBA is considered an asset.
At least 5 years of proven experience in product management within a technology-driven business is required.
Candidates must have prior experience in and a good understanding of the IT Channel and MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English; French proficiency is considered an asset.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key vendors.
Experience in data analysis, forecasting and setting performance metrics.
Prior experience or knowledge about marketplace development is an asset.
Familiarity with PSA (Professional Services Automation)/RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools will be considered an asset.
