In this role you will:


  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of product development for assigned features, from discovery and research to complete feature definition including problems being solved, benefits, use cases and workflows.
  • Work with UI/UX design, technical product requirement documents (PRDs) creation, including review and definition of go to market plans and leading the execution on them for successful customer adoption and follow through.
  • Conduct deep automotive market research and utilize B2B SaaS product best practices to design user-friendly and intuitive solutions to the industry’s biggest problems.
  • Validating designs and feature direction by leading meetings with external stakeholders (customers, partners, advisors) and walking through solution ideas, validating requirements, and executing demonstrations into the market.
  • Write and create product documentation (MVPs and enhancements) for diverse audiences, both external (customers and prospects) and internal (customer success teams, engineers, marketing, and senior leadership).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a diverse set of stakeholders including customers and customer facing teams.
  • Work closely with experienced UI/UX designers.
  • Work closely with software development and quality engineers to review product requirements, create, and review technical specifications, refine estimates, and review deliverables to ensure we successfully provide the highest quality product that meets customers’ needs and expectations and support our business goals.
  • Work with senior leadership to ensure everything aligns with strategic priorities and use estimates to provide timelines.
  • Continuously contribute to improving our operational practices and leverage tools for improved productivity.


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Strong academics from a top undergraduate program, ideally with a Computer Science and auto service background.
  • 4+ years of experience working directly in Product Management, preferably building B2B SaaS products in the automotive and finance sectors.
  • A track record of strong performance in fast-paced, results driven environments.
  • Successful full lifecycle ownership for software products, features, and /or capabilities that solve customer problems and deliver value, with growth in responsibility over time.
  • Experience and responsibility for robust solution definition including discovery and requirements validation with external and internal stakeholders and smart work breakdown, with the ability to clearly outline, prioritize and communicate incremental steps toward full solutions and how to achieve longer term goals and outcomes.
  • Strong and persuasive product presentation skills with a natural ability to articulate features and benefits to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and crisply to different audiences.
  • Familiarity with using different product frameworks, models and tools to create simple and intuitive documentation for complex products.
  • Experience working with designers to meet product goals, and familiarity with design tools such as Figma etc.
  • Experience working in collaboration with technical leads and engineers to meet product goals, and familiarity with technical integrations and an understanding of front-end and back-end implications of feature design. Experience with Azure Dev Ops for epic/feature/story creations.
