We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director who will build and lead a team of CFOs and book of business in Montreal. This is a remote based role, but you must be within the region.

The CFO Centre is the leading provider of Part-Time Chief Financial Officers within Canada and globally. We cater to businesses that may not require a full-time CFO but still need top-tier financial expertise of a CFO on hand. Desired Qualifications and Attributes

  • Solid commercial background with a proven record in developing new business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at building lasting relationships.
  • Consistently surpassing sales targets with a track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to align with the Company’s Purpose and Culture.
  • Experience in achieving sales goals within the SMB market.
  • Proven capability to engage and influence SMB owners.
  • In-depth understanding of the CFO role.
  • Team-oriented mindset, skilled in leading and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Energetic, motivated, and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Organized, dependable, and driven by results.
  • CPA, or operational experience at CEO or COO level preferred
  • CFO experience preferred
  • Fully Bilingual English/French

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead business development initiatives, actively seeking and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams.
  • Build and lead a team of experienced CFOs across the Montreal region, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and client retention by leveraging a proven track record of successful account management.
  • Drive the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish lucrative new business ventures and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement growth-oriented strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable sales growth.
  • Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to a team of fractional CFOs.
  • Analyze regional performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans to optimize sales performance.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
