As the TA Sourcing Specialist you are a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at dentsu. You are responsible for identifying top-tier talent for open roes across the business, owning the first stage(s) of the hiring process, and pipelining talent for key skill sets. while building a strong pipeline of candidates within your designated focus area(s).
Focus on top-of-funnel candidate activity for active roles and building strong pipelines for future openings
Create a positive candidate experience by being well-versed on the dentsu brand, our values and mission; ability to act as a dentsu ambassador across all service lines and/or brand you’re representing
Bilingual in both English & French (required)
Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ie. A desire to understand the dentsu brand holistically, being a source of truth as candidates learn about who we are and how they can be a part of our vision
A foundation of organization; Strong communication & organizational skills
