Are you a detail-oriented, organized professional passionate about the legal field? Our law firm

is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal/ Administrative Assistant to join our

dynamic team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of both in-office and remote

work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our legal team.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage schedules, organize files, and maintain client records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Language Skills :
    Advanced in English (spoken and written), intermediate in French, Fluency in Persian/Farsi is a valuable asset
  • Education :
    Background in Secretarial, Legal, or Administrative Studies or related fields or equivalent work experience
  • Technical Skills :
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office for document creation, data management, and email communication.
  • Strong communication skills with clients
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Commitment:
    We are looking for someone who intends to stay with us long-term and grow within our firm.

N.B. Legal training or relevant administrative experience is an asset but not mandatory)
