In this role, you will be accountable for leading the delivery of IWM Business Initiatives and projects. You will be expected to ensure that the business initiatives are on track by continuously improving towards solid program management governance & execution framework.The Program Lead, IWM Business Initiatives contributes to the long-term profitability of the International Wealth Management (IWM) business line by leading business program and projects which are key to the success of the IWM Strategic Businesses. IWM’s footprint includes 10+ jurisdictions and business lines include Private Banking; Onshore and Offshore Trust; Onshore and Offshore brokerage; Asset Management & Pensions.Candidate Requirements1) 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager2) 3-5+ years’ demonstrated experience delivering Business/Wealth Enablement and Transformation Program3) Spanish (written/verbal) is an asset (Nice to Have)Soft Skills Required:• Strong communication skills• Resilience• AdaptabilityEducation:No specific education – focus is on experienceBest vs AverageBest candidate has holistic multi-discipline/multijurisdictional business enablement and transformation experience, preferably in a bank, if not wealth management.Interviews: will be 2 rounds, one with the HM and the second with the HM and their VP. Both will be 1 hour in duration and completed via video call. The interviews will go into depth of the candidates experience particularly with their experience in Program Management and Business/Wealth Enablement and Transformation experience.
