Senior Patient Support Program ManagerGreater Toronto AreaOur client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Patient Support Program Manager to join their team. PSP Manager will lead the strategic development, execution, and management of comprehensive patient assistance programs for current and future products. The incumbent will report to the Head of Market Access & Government Relations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, execution, and management of PSPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Work proactively to ensure programs meet customer needs and deliver high-quality services for patients and physicians.Capture Real World Evidence (RWE) to support marketing and reimbursement strategies.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, acting as the primary accountable manager for PSPs.Oversee and manage PSP vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and managing budgets.Lead the transition of patients from PSPs to private or public insurers to ensure smooth reimbursement processes.5-10 years of experience in patient assistance/support programs.Strong knowledge of medical and commercial operations within the Pharmaceutical industry, including payer systems.Experience in compliance and regulatory environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Lock Search Group is a National Executive Recruitment firm with 11 offices in Canada and one in the United States, a staff of more than 30 Consultants and Associates, and expertise in 11 major disciplines.
