The successful candidate will be an accomplished HR leader with experience guiding multi-site, cross-border organizations through growth and transformation. With deep knowledge of Canadian and U.S. employment legislation, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at the executive level, this individual will shape and advance the HR strategy to support long-term success.
