BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

THE POSITION

The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist position is an entry-level role allowing the successful candidate to learn all aspects of Covarity customer service, including English and French phone and email support. The successful candidate must have an aptitude for logical problem-solving and taking ownership until resolution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide tier-one customer support by email and screen-sharing video calls

• Other duties as may be assigned by management (e.g., writing help content)

• Occasional 5 pm-8 pm on-call coverage (paid)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual (English/French)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software

• College diploma or a university degree
