**Why you’ll love this role**:
We are seeking a Bilingual New Business Specialist with proven relationship management, strong technical and analytical skills to join our team on a regular full time basis.
The Bilingual New Business Specialist is responsible for the overall implementation of new clients within the group insurance operation. The incumbent will ensure appropriate client data management and provide system support as the primary point of contact for eligible new clients.
**What you’ll be working on**:
- Lead the client onboarding process from end to end for new businesses through the accurate, efficient and timely production of documentation and client communications- Using technical expertise to help drive a customer centric approach to file management and building new client information into our advanced administration systems- Responding to inquiries to assist new and existing clients with file specific questions- Attending client meetings as required to gather, document and address client requirements- In addition to operational tasks, the new business specialist may support special projects in various leadership capacities- Assist in maintaining up-to-date content management and cross support adjacent business units- Managing personal assignments while maintaining project priorities within target dates
**Work arrangement**:
- Ability to work in hybrid fashion
**What you’ll need to have**:
- 0 - 3 years work experience in a professional environment- Bilingualism (English/French)- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database computer software- Strong data analysis, decision-making ability with a real passion for solving problems- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks while maintaining superior attention to detail/accuracy- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Solid collaboration skills with the ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment- A positive attitude with a drive to succeed and a dedication to quality service- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills- Willingness to learn new technology
**It would be nice for you to have**:
- Working towards ACS designation through LOMA
