Data-Driven Strategy & Insights: Develop metrics and dashboards to track proposal success, identify trends, and provide strategic insights, reporting to senior management.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Experience: Minimum of 8 years in proposal development, ideally in professional services or legal environments, with extensive experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional RFPs.
Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing hybrid teams.
