As we expand our team, we are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to empower our revenue-driving teams with the data and tools that support a cutting-edge customer experience. The Sales Enablement Manager at Autocorp.ai will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. As an individual contributor, your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of sales strategy, processes, and technology.
Sales Process Optimization:

Harness the power of data to optimize our sales technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.

Lead the development of a standardized sales playbook, empowering our team with best practices and innovative strategies.

Provide hands-on training to new and existing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Collaborate closely with sales leadership to refine strategies and drive impactful outcomes.

Sales Training and Development:

Partner with the sales team to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that nurture talent and expertise.

Stay abreast of industry trends, sharing insights and best practices to elevate our sales operations.

Actively seek opportunities for improvement, implementing enhancements to maximize team performance.

Sales Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize Zoho Suite to gather, analyze, and interpret sales data, generating actionable insights to fuel strategic decision-making.

Create dynamic reports and dashboards that illuminate key performance indicators and drive performance improvements.

Uphold data quality standards within our CRM, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our sales strategies and product positioning.

Forge strong partnerships with marketing, customer success, and product teams, aligning strategies and processes to drive collective success.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; 3-5 years of demonstrated success in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in sales performance and productivity.

Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies in SaaS organizations.

Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales training platforms. Sales enablement conversational tools (ie. Gong, Saleloft, Outreach.Strong analytical mindset, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
