Notre client dans le secteur des assurances collectives est à la recherche d'un Représentant de service principal (100% télétravail).

Le poste peut payer aux alentours de 85 000$ selon l'expérience, offre des opportunités de croissance, des avantages sociaux et REER, et 4 semaines de vacances.

Exigences du poste

• Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire

• Un diplôme d’études collégiales (un diplôme universitaire est un atout)

• Détention d’un permis de l’AMF, discipline de l’assurance collective (atout)

• CEBS, LOMA, HIAA (atout)

• Excellente connaissance des produits et services ainsi que des pratiques administratives des diverses compagnies d’assurance (atout)

• Bon niveau d’aisance avec la suite Microsoft Office

Le rôle inclut les tâches et responsabilités suivantes :

• Interpréter, expliquer et mettre en application les clauses contractuelles, les politiques administratives et les notions de loi entourant l’assurance collective dans des situations concrètes et variées.

• Apporter des solutions à des problèmes complexes reliés aux couvertures, réclamations et service chez les assureurs :

• comprendre la plainte ou le problème, investiguer, faire des recommandations appropriées au client et effectuer les suivis nécessaires.

• Effectuer efficacement la mise en place de nouvelles affaires et les transferts d’assureur en suivant la procédure établie, soit :

• Vérifier la conformité du cahier de charges et du document des écarts et déviations par rapport au contrat en place ainsi que la nouvelle proposition.

• Effectuer la remise des documents, les suivis et les rappels tout en gérant proactivement les délais.

• Communiquer au client la procédure de façon précise, concise et efficace et obtenir toute la documentation requise à la mise en place ou au transfert de son régime.

• Valider que les livrets et le contrat du client sont conformes au plan confirmé

• Faire les ajustements sur les bases de données d’ARC

• Effectuer toute autre tâche administrative ou cléricale connexe

• Veiller à la formation continue des administrateurs de régime par le développement d’une relation d’affaires, la planification et la formation chez le client et l’utilisation des outils de référence disponibles.

• Expliquer les avantages imposables et les calculs reliés à la paie.

• Effectuer les démarches de modifications contractuelles.

• En collaboration avec le conseiller, préparer les présentations et communications destinées aux employés.

• Participer activement à la formation des nouveaux employés et demeurer une personne ressource pour des collègues.

• Remplacer ses collègues pendant les vacances
