About the Position:
In collaboration with our client's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will assume a critical role with a broad range of financial responsibilities:

  • Development of comprehensive financial strategies and annual budget plans.
  • Regular financial statement preparation and consolidation for multiple entities.
  • Coordination and support for annual external audits.
  • Collaborative design and tracking of financial and operational metrics.
  • Contribution to tax planning and compliance.
  • Responsiveness to stakeholder inquiries, custom reporting, and strategic analysis.
  • Ongoing financial analysis and evaluation of portfolio performance.
  • Preparation of materials for internal and external advisory meetings.
  • Leadership and mentorship of accounting team members.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of a professional designation
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen analytical mind.
  • Positive leadership qualities and a commitment to mentorship.

À propos du poste :

  • En collaboration avec le CFO, vous assumerez un rôle clé avec un large éventail de responsabilités avec un volet stratégique qui sera appelé à grandir :
  • Analyse financière continue et évaluation de la performance du portefeuille.
  • Élaboration de stratégies financières complètes et de plans budgétaires annuels.
  • Préparation régulière des états financiers et consolidation pour plusieurs entités.
  • Coordination et soutien pour les audits externes annuels.
  • Conception collaborative et suivi des indicateurs financiers et opérationnels KPIs.
  • Contribution à la planification fiscale et à la conformité fiscale.
  • Réactivité face aux demandes des parties prenantes, rapports personnalisés et analyses stratégiques.
  • Préparation de documents pour les réunions consultatives internes et externes.
  • Leadership et encadrement des membres de l'équipe comptable.
