The Human Resources Generalist will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for our BC & AB operations. This role is responsible for a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation. The incumbent will play a key role in building an engaged, high-performing workforce while supporting leaders and employees across the business. Lead all core HR activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, retention, and engagement for BC & AB operations.
Partner with the Human Resources team to design and implement strategies that drive effectiveness, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across Canada.
Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by management.
Manage CNESST claims and return-to-work processes.
Serve as a primary point of contact for managers and employees, proactively building trusted relationships within your assigned teams.
Partner with the HR team to support and deliver company key initiatives such as performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
Other related responsibilities and special or ad hoc projects, as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
~5+ years of HR generalist experience in a sizable, fast-paced organization; experience in hospitality or travel is an asset
~ Experience interpreting HR policies, procedures, and practices
~ Fluent in English (written & spoken). Other languages are appreciated.
~ Strong aptitude for embracing new technology and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
~ Familiarity with ADP WFN, an asset
~ Previous payroll processes experience, an asset.


Office environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
Monday-Friday, Hybrid 1 day home/week
