My Client is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance to join the fast growing organization. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analyst you will be primarily responsible for the driving financial performance and optimizing operational efficiency. Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance is a critical operational finance role. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making across our organization. Responsibilities and Duties: Analysis and ReportingBe the main point of contact from the Finance Team for the VP of Operations. This includes addressing questions and providing analytics to support their decision making processLead monthly and quarterly meetings with Directors and Regional Directors to review the performance results Deliver and lead performance report to senior leadership, including participating in Quarterly Business ReviewsCollaborate closely with operational teams to develop KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance against targets. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimizationAnalyze monthly business unit level statements on a timely basis prior to closing the month to ensure completeness and accuracy of P&LProvide insightful variance analysis for clinics, including detailed understanding on variances to budget, forecast, and prior year and root causes of financial performanceProvide analytical support to corporate departments, e.g., marketing, procurement, etc. Identify potential risks and opportunities affecting financial goals and advise on action plans to address gapsAnalyze non-financial operating performance indicators, assessing trends and variancesContinually improve processes, drive change, and elevate the level of reporting for the overall corporationDefine how the business can create additional value through taking multiple data points and transferring those into actionable insights/analysis for the teamPlanning and ForecastingLead discussions with the Operations team during the budgeting process, with a focus on creating a bottoms-up revenue buildSupport the forecasting process by assessing trends and understanding market conditions OtherProvide ad-hoc analysis and lead various other reporting projects including decision support, metrics and analyticsPerform other duties as assignedEducation, Credentials, Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA designation strongly preferred. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis Required Skills & Abilities:A strong communicator, a natural business partner and will demonstrate big picture thinking, with a strong grasp of the details, and a can-do attitude. Advanced Excel skills, including but not limited to vlookups and pivot tables, and building complex modelsStrong proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) in order to develop reports and analyticsAbility to navigate through and support a continually growing client base and become a trusted business partner to the Operations team (VP’s, Directors and Regional Managers)Multi-site experience is preferred.
