POSTING

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential opportunities by actively prospecting and positioning Trojan's cutting-edge digital solutions to customers. By establishing strong relationships with our digital customers, you will ensure their satisfaction and success by providing consultative support throughout the implementation process and expanding the service value over the entire life cycle of our UV equipment.

  • Develop new digital customers by actively prospecting and qualifying opportunities and positioning Trojan's digital solutions at customers
  • Establish good relationships with digital customers to drive consultative support after implementation and expands the service value over the life cycle of our UV equipment
  • Tracks, communicates, and follows up on customer questions
  • Build support network around customer to blend digital services with standard support
  • Participate in the problem-solving process to address issues and opportunities, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Service, Sales, and Marketing teams to meet key performance indicators

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in business and customer development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Business background with a focus on digital solutions or technology.
