We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be focused onfinding and nurturing the best talent to drive organizational success, andis committed to enabling the clean energy transition. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will possess demonstrated expertise in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including recruiting for roles ranging from entry-level to senior positions, and assessing candidates for both technical and soft skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and adopt a strategic approach to develop a proactive talent pipeline, ensuring readiness and alignment with organizational needs.

Manage the entire recruitment process
to ensure they are a cultural and technical fit
including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and
job openings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Excel
Track and analyze key recruitment
Report to your manager on recruitment
Develop and promote talent acquisition
initiatives that enhance the quality and efficiency of Rodan’s recruitment
talent acquisition and recommend tools or techniques to enhance our recruitment
recruitment for all departments, with the capability to coach hiring managers
Post-Secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline
Experience working with an ATS and Excel
Knowledgeable about sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies
