Position Overview

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance and efficiency while partnering closely with business leaders to meet their hiring needs. This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce strategy and enhancing our organizational capabilities.

What will you do?

Here are some of the primary responsibilities that will fall under your role.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining compliance with all relevant requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with functional managers to act as a strategic HR business partner.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques such as internet searches, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Continuously improve recruitment methods and the candidate selection process to align with business objectives.
  • Participate in career fairs and industry events to network and stay updated on market trends.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and utilize recruitment systems to track and document recruitment activities.

What does your professional profile look like?

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within the engineering and construction sectors.
  • University degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract new talent, manage high volumes of requisitions, and adapt to changing priorities.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Certifications related to Human Resources or recruitment methodologies would be advantageous but are not mandatory.
