Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Commercial In-Field Teams and internal customers to ensure optimal communication and implementation of programs.
Process and create contracts and MSAs related to your assigned Therapeutic Area.
Respond to queries from the Commercial In-Field Teams and internal customers in a timely manner.
Provide logistical support for various systems such as Fair Market Value ‘SAP payments’ and ‘Icertis Contract Management Solution.
Initiate automatic cheque requests (ACRs) and purchase orders in SAP on behalf of the Commercial In-Field Teams, Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSLs), Medical Advisors (MAs), Medical Managers (MMs) and Provincial Affairs Managers (PAMs) to effectively utilize Group Sell budgets.
Track all ACRs and POs to ensure payment is issued properly and in timely fashion.
Ensure ACRs and POs are charged to the appropriate budget and receive proper approvals.
Assist in the verification of HCP/HCO information (Electronic Funds Transfers, CVs).
Verify all vendor creation/modification on behalf of the Commercial In-Field Teams in SAP/Icertis/FMV.
Advise Commercial In-Field Teams of vendor status and if needed, provide insight on any missing information that is impeding the processing of the request.
Provide bi-monthly status reports to internal customers to keep them updated on their requests.
Troubleshoot with Finance and BPO to resolve any issues that may arise with payments.
Support IFT (Commercial in field teams) with completing expense reports related to (HCP) Health Care Professionals. Validate all receipts and attendees in Icertis before entering in CTE (Concur Travel Expense) within timeframe to avoid corporate card late fees.
Manage key tasks associated with Group Sell spend which include completing required agreements, travel, honoraria, and post-event expenses.
Identify and notify the System Analyst and managers any issues that arise with the iCertis system on an ad hoc basis.
Participate in onboarding of any new employees (Full system training and ensuring proper system access).
Maintain open communication with internal and external customers in order to efficiently identity issues and opportunities.
Participate in task forces looking to streamline our internal processes.
Ensure full compliance of projects with ACC policy and with Innovative Medicines Canada`s (IMC) Code of Conduct.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
Systems
iCertis Contract Legacy Management system.
SAP (SRM and S4Hanna), Concur.
Adobe Sign, DocuSign.
Microsoft Office including Intermediate to Advanced Excel.
Business Knowledge
Customer knowledge - able to develop mutually beneficial knowledge sharing relationships with customers internal and externally.
Employee and supplier relationships - seeks the opinions of employees and suppliers to better educate oneself on relevant topics impacting business.
Organizational memory – the skills or experience to connect the various business process and function to better understand the problem and opportunities.
Technical Knowledge
Communication: Excellent listening skills allow analysts to understand clients' or colleagues' needs.
Problem-solving and critical thinking; recommend solutions for improvements.
Report common questions and issues to management.
Recommends controls by identifying gaps; develop new procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
Individual must be self-motivated with great follow-up skills and be able to work independently.
Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage multiple cross divisional work process and projects.
Bilingual – English/ French.
