**Your Team**

You will work alongside Sales team members who cover various regions across the country, along with Marketing, Sales Management, Health Systems & Government Affairs and other internal colleagues. We're a friendly, collaborative group of people who encourage each other to do better every day. Whether out in the field with a colleague, or taking on challenges with your Territory team, you always have support to help accomplish your goals.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage customer relationships and accounts within the QC territory.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with key decision makers and committees within Hospitals to grow and maintain your sales budget
- Problem solve and own customer issues, while ensuring all parties and team members are kept informed of relevant information and resolution, to enhance customer loyalty and generate revenue
- Give feedback and keep in close communication with the Sales Manager and business leads around customer needs, sales objections, competitive advantage levers, competitor activities and overall market/customer trends
- Grow and maintain key product sales (Pharmaceutical Products and Services, Mini-Bags, Elastomerics, Anesthesia Products, etc.) in your territory as per marketing strategic plans
- Take the lead to respond to RFPs while partnering with Contracts, Marketing, Health Systems & Government Affairs, Sales Management and other key internal partners to negotiate contracts
- Participate in the account strategic plan development and complete the sales plan of action

**What you'll bring**
- Bilingual in both French and English (oral and written) required
- University degree, in Science or Business-related field required and/or Masters degree, in Science or Business related field preferred
- 3+ years of sales experience in Pharmacy Services, Pharmaceutical Therapeutic Sales, Medical Devices, and/or 3+ years of practical Pharmacy, Nursing or Respiratory Therapy experience in a Hospital
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Solid intuition for business, and a strategic problem solver with analytical capability
- Ability to work well work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a sales environment
- Knowledge of Baxter products, services and processes preferred
- 50% travel may be required, which will involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other colleagues
- You must live within the current geography (QC) or be willing to relocate to it. Familiarity with Hospitals in the posted territory is desired
- Fully vaccinated - including COVID-19 vaccination
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Votre objectif sera d’atteindre les objectifs de vente et de maintenir un canal d’occasions, tout en développant et en entretenant des relations commerciales avec les acheteurs des départements et fonctions concernés au sein de la base de clients. **Ce poste sera basé au Québec.**
