Inside Ideas is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team working on multinational beverage brands. As a Senior Account Executive , you will play a pivotal part in the running, growth and development of our client. In this role, you will work closely with our client and creatives bringing social and digital content to life from brief to final execution. Our team does everything from creating assets and content for social channels to brand strategy, creative campaign development and execution.
At Inside Ideas, we build on-site teams and we partner with our clients to really understand and focus on their brand.
Serve as main point of contact for multiple brands within the portfolio and work with both the brand teams and our in-house team to deliver best-in-class work on brief and on time
Take in project briefs from our client, flesh them out to ensure we have a clear picture of the work to be done, identify necessary capabilities or resources to support and help drive projects forward through completion
Help set and manage client expectations where needed re: work, timelines, budget, etc.
Work with the designers and copywriters on projects to ensure the creative is meeting the client's brief
Manage the flow of projects through design and artwork, create timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and manage costs and budgets
Work with external cross-agency partners on cross-channel and 360 activations in both lead and supporting roles
Lead daily updates to team hot sheet document and help prioritize workload and deliverables as needed

Ability to be resourceful in order to determine how to handle new incoming requests in collaboration with full account and project management team
Ensure projects stay on timeline and on budget
Participate in culture-building efforts with the team and office during business hours including holiday planning, potlucks, team building events, etc. (we’re a small team so we all support in this)
2-3 years of experience in marketing/advertising/social field is ideal
~ Degree in related field or equivalent
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong administrative and operational skills
~ Self-starter who is able to pick up projects and drive them forward
~ Ability to build and manage project timelines with multiple stakeholders
~ Exposure working in a client-facing capacity and managing multiple clients and projects at the same time
~ Affinity for the creative process and comfort working with and guiding cross-discipline teams
~ Bilingual (English and French) is ideal but not mandatory
