Élaborer des stratégies de changement et de transformation sur la base des informations recueillies lors des interactions avec les parties prenantes et de l'analyse d'impact
Créer des plans détaillés de gestion du changement et des parties prenantes, ainsi que des plans de communication, y compris des estimations de ressources pour l'effort
Superviser l'intégration de la stratégie de formation dans le plan général de changement et de transformation
Diriger la mise en œuvre des activités de gestion du changement et la création des principaux produits livrables (par exemple, l'alignement, la communication, l'engagement des parties prenantes, les analyses d'impact et les mesures) conformément au plan et au calendrier du projet
Intégrer les stratégies et les activités de gestion du changement dans les plans de projet, en veillant à ce que l'adoption et la préparation se fassent sans heurts
Gérer et mettre à jour le plan de transformation global, y compris les éléments de formation, et fournir des mises à jour régulières dans le cadre de la gouvernance du projet
Superviser le travail des partenaires externes en matière de gestion du changement (par exemple, les consultants) afin de maintenir la cohérence de la méthodologie et la qualité des produits livrables, le cas échéant
Développer et entretenir des relations de collaboration à tous les niveaux de gestion afin de favoriser l'engagement organisationnel et l'adoption de nouvelles solutions par le biais de communications systématiques, structurées et intégrées
Fournir des conseils et un accompagnement aux parties prenantes en ce qui concerne les meilleures pratiques de gestion du changement afin d'améliorer l'engagement
maintenir une communication régulière avec les parties prenantes du projet, en favorisant l'alignement entre les équipes pour assurer une intégration réussie
Contribuer à l'évolution des méthodologies de changement et de transformation en intégrant les meilleures pratiques du secteur et les enseignements tirés de l'expérience
soutenir le développement à long terme des pratiques de gestion du changement en identifiant les domaines à améliorer et en contribuant à la formation et au développement des ressources
Élaborer ou perfectionner des outils, des modèles et des cadres afin de renforcer les capacités de gestion du changement

Licence en gestion du changement, développement organisationnel, ou toute autre discipline connexe
Expérience préalable de la conduite d'activités de changement et de transformation de l'entreprise dans le cadre de programmes ou de projets complexes
Solides compétences en matière de communication écrite et interpersonnelle en français et en anglais
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office 365 et familiarité avec les outils de gestion de projet

Develop change and transformation strategies based on insights gathered from stakeholder interactions and impact analysis
Create detailed change management and stakeholder management plan and communication plans, including resource estimates for effort
Oversee the integration of the training strategy within the broader change and transformation plan
Lead the implementation of change management activities and the creation of key deliverables (e.g., alignment, communication, stakeholder engagement, impact analyses, and measurement) according to the project plan and timeline.
Integrate change management strategies and activities into project plans, ensuring seamless adoption and readiness
Manage and update the overall transformation plan, including training components, and provide regular updates within the project governance framework
Oversee the work of external change management partners (e.g., consultants) to maintain methodology consistency and deliverable quality, when applicable
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all management levels to drive organizational engagement and adoption of new solutions through systematic, structured, and integrated communications
Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders in change management best practices to enhance engagement
Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, fostering alignment between teams to ensure successful integration
Contribute to the evolution of change and transformation methodologies by integrating industry best practices and lessons learned
Support the long-term development of change management practices by identifying areas for improvement and contributing to training and resource development
Develop or refine tools, templates, and frameworks to strengthen change management capabilities

Bachelors’ degree in Change Management, Organizational Development or any other related discipline
Previous experience leading change and business transformation activities within complex programs or projects
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills in French and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools
