**Entretiens** (en moyenne, le nombre d'entretiens est de 3 - il peut toutefois varier en fonction du niveau d'ancienneté requis pour le poste). Au cours des entretiens, vous rencontrerez les membres de notre équipe : votre supérieur hiérarchique bien sûr, mais aussi d'autres personnes avec lesquelles vous serez amené à travailler. Ces entretiens nous permettront d'en apprendre davantage sur vous, votre expérience et vos compétences, mais aussi sur le poste et ce que l'on attendra de vous. Bien entendu, vous apprendrez également à connaître Amaris : notre culture, notre histoire, nos équipes et vos opportunités de carrière

**Étude de cas**: En fonction du poste, vous serez peut-être appelé à passer un test. Il pourra s'agir d'un jeu de rôle, d'une évaluation technique, d'un scénario de résolution de problème, etc.
**Job description**:
Nous recherchons des consultants dynamiques pour renforcer notre équipe en **Systèmes d'Information & Digital** à **Montréal**. Votre expérience, vos connaissances et votre engagement nous aideront à relever les défis de nos clients.

Vous soutiendrez différents projets grâce à votre expertise en tant que **Change Manager**.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- Développer une forte connaissance fonctionnelle de la solution et des processus.
- Mener des analyses d'impact et d'écart
- Adapter la stratégie et le plan de déploiement de la gestion du changement
- Adapter la stratégie et le plan de communication, fournir des communications multicanaux originales et attrayantes (pages SharePoint, e-learnings, posts Yammer...)
- Adapter la stratégie et le plan de formation, organiser les sessions de formation des formateurs.
- Gérer les parties prenantes de l'entreprise, animer le réseau KU
- Anticiper la définition des processus cibles de gouvernance, de support et d'administration.
- Coordonner les efforts avec les autres parties prenantes du projet et la communauté de gestion du changement.
- Définir et mesurer les paramètres d'adoption et suivre l'évolution du changement.
- Assurer la cohérence entre les plans définis pour différents projets ayant un impact sur les mêmes populations.

**Qualifications**:

- Niveau Bachelor
- Expérience de 5 ans en tant que Change Specialist et Change Manager
- Curiosité et capacité à s'informer rapidement sur les questions d'affaires
- Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations solides, orientation client
- Excellente communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais
