Vous soutiendrez différents projets grâce à votre expertise en tant que Change Manager.
**Vos principales responsabilités**:
Développer une forte connaissance fonctionnelle de la solution et des processus
Mener des analyses d'impact et d'écart
Adapter la stratégie et le plan de déploiement de la gestion du changement
Adapter la stratégie et le plan de communication, fournir des communications multicanaux originales et attrayantes (pages SharePoint, e-learnings, posts Yammer...)
Adapter la stratégie et le plan de formation, organiser les sessions de formation des formateurs
Gérer les parties prenantes de l'entreprise, animer le réseau KU
Anticiper la définition des processus cibles de gouvernance, de support et d'administration
Coordonner les efforts avec les autres parties prenantes du projet et la communauté de gestion du changement
Définir et mesurer les paramètres d'adoption et suivre l'évolution du changement
Assurer la cohérence entre les plans définis pour différents projets ayant un impact sur les mêmes populations
**Qualifications**:
4 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum entant que Change Manager
Certification Prosci-ADKAR
Expérience en gestion du changement
Expérience en transformation numérique
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français

**Étude de cas**: En fonction du poste, vous serez peut-être appelé à passer un test. Il pourra s'agir d'un jeu de rôle, d'une évaluation technique, d'un scénario de résolution de problème, etc.
