Our client is looking for an ERP Manager to join their team and play a critical role in managing the organization's Management Information System (MIS) and overseeing the successful implementation and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM).

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability In

  • ERP Implementation:
    • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or FSCM, ensuring successful integration with existing systems and meeting organizational requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Estimation, finance, and operations, to define ERP project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • MIS Development and Reporting:
    • Design and develop monthly MIS reports to provide insightful analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management decision-making.
    • Ensure accuracy and reliability of MIS data through regular audits and data validation processes.
  • Report Design:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
    • Design and create custom reports using ERP tools and other reporting platforms.
  • Data Management:
    • Oversee data governance and data quality initiatives to maintain the integrity of information within the ERP system.
    • Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information
  • Project Management:
    • Manage ERP-related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and system integrations.
    • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or FSCM functionalities.
    • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system-related issues and ensuring optimal utilization of the ERP system.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the ERP system and related processes.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP and MIS.
Your strengths include:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC or FSCM.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and creating reports using ERP tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of financial and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must maintain a professional business appearance in accordance with the client's dress policy at all times.
