The Job

As an ERP Systems Analyst you will play a pivotal role in the development, maintenance, and support of the firm’s ERP Platforms, focusing using products such as IntApp, Aderant, iManage, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics and Chrome River . This includes core platforms such as Finance, CRM, DMS, HRIS, as well as Edge Systems interfacing with ERP.


The role encompasses ongoing support, system integrations, coding, and the implementation of strategic projects. Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:



  • Support, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP platforms.
  • Develop integration programs to facilitate the seamless exchange of data between systems.
  • Collaborate with business owners and end-users to provide support and drive system evolution.
  • Develop and configure application changes following change management processes.
  • Provide top-tier support for responsible applications, managing issues from identification to resolution.
  • Liaise closely with application vendors for system changes and issue resolution.
  • Execute special projects and other assigned duties as required.
  • Document and track all application changes in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Prepare technical, operational, and procedural documentation and specifications.



What you bring to the role:


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university program.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of information technology or related experience supporting ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Advanced experience in gathering specifications from end-users and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with Patrix Patricia, Aderant Expert, Intapp Time, Intapp Open, iManage Work Cloud, and Contract Express is an asset.
  • .NET Programming experience (VB.NET, C#).
  • Experience interfacing with APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Excellent understanding of database functionality with superior skills in SQL.
  • Strong SQL scripting abilities, including views, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Proficiency in importing and exporting data using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Exceptional communication skills and professionalism.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English/French.
