Description de l'Emploi :

Le rôle de l'Analyste d'Affaires ERP consiste principalement à fournir un soutien fonctionnel aux utilisateurs dans le cadre de l'implémentation et de l'utilisation des modules manufacturiers et logistiques du système ERP Infor SyteLine. De plus, cette personne sera en charge de la configuration du système.

Responsabilités Principales :

  • Modélisation des processus opérationnels, promotion des meilleures pratiques et fonctionnalités.
  • Identification et définition d'améliorations pour les processus opérationnels.
  • Configuration du système, conception des processus et animation d'ateliers.
  • Élaboration de scénarios de test et validation en collaboration avec les clients.
  • Compréhension des besoins des utilisateurs et dispensation de formations.
  • Identification, résolution et signalement des erreurs des applications.
  • Tests des versions provisoires, nouvelles versions et modifications.

Critères Requis :

  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire, de préférence en conseil.
  • Connaissance pratique du secteur manufacturier.
  • Familiarité avec une variété de concepts et de procédures manufacturières.
  • Expérience concrète dans la configuration du module manufacturier d'un système ERP.
  • Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets.
  • Autonomie, appétence pour l'apprentissage et sens élevé des responsabilités.
  • Aptitudes interpersonnelles et de présentation.
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais.

Novipro is currently seeking an ERP Business Analyst for a permanent position. As a key partner of Infor, our company provides consulting and support to clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors to implement their ERP systems.

Job Description:

The ERP Business Analyst's primary responsibilities involve providing functional support to users in implementing and utilizing manufacturing and logistics modules within the Infor SyteLine ERP system. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for system configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modelling operational processes and promoting best practices and functionalities.
  • Identifying and defining improvements for operational processes.
  • System configuration, process design, and workshop facilitation.
  • Developing test scenarios and validation in collaboration with clients.
  • Understanding user requirements and delivering training.
  • Identifying, resolving, and reporting application errors.
  • Testing provisional versions, new releases, and modifications.

Required Criteria:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting.
  • Practical knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with a variety of manufacturing concepts and procedures.
  • Concrete experience in configuring the manufacturing module of an ERP system.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Autonomy, eagerness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
