Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Sandwich Maker to join our team. If you are a motivated individual with a knack for making delicious sandwiches and providing top-notch customer care, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble sandwiches based on customer preferences and company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions regarding menu items. Operate the POS, process cash and card transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations, adhering to food safety standards and regulations. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure quick and efficient service, particularly during peak hours. Utilize basic math skills to process orders and handle cash transactions. Demonstrate effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet service goals. Qualifications: Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, but not required. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Ability to work well in a team setting while also being self-motivated. Must adhere to kitchen safety protocols and food handling procedures.
