Account Manager / Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)
Stellenbeschreibung
Als Account Manager (m/w/d) der RegioHelden liegt Dein Schwerpunkt in der koordinativen Umsetzung, Betreuung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Werbekampagnen unserer Kunden. Folgende spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich:
- Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen
- Kunden onboarden: Du sorgst dafür, dass sich Kundenauf Anhiebbei uns wohlfühlen und führst sie in unsere Produktwelt ein
- Du koordinierst Werbekampagnen mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten (Google Ads, SEO, Webdesign, Listing, Display, In-App, Native, Social Media) und steuerst die einzelnen Fachabteilungen
- Kundenfeedback sammeln: Du prüfst regelmäßig, ob unsere Werbekampagnen die Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllen oder ob es Verbesserungsbedarf gibt
- Du bist in regelmäßigem Austausch mit unseren Produktexperten und dem Vertriebsteam. Gemeinsam entwickelt ihr neue Marketingstrategien für Kunden
- Verbesserung interner Prozesse und Produkte
Qualifikationen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung imUmgang mit Kunden
- (Online) Marketing Kenntnisse bzw. Erfahrung aus vergleichbaren Branchen
- Große Online-Affinität, Interesse an neuen Werbeformen und Begeisterung für unsere Produkte
- Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und besitzt eine hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Du bist bereit über den Tellerrand zu schauen, neue Ideen einzubringen und das Team weiterzuentwickeln
- Das Team steht für Dich an erster Stelle und Du hast Lust eng mit Deinen Kollegen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Sehr gutes Selbst- und Zeitmanagement bei hoher Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
