With clients on four continents, SenSen is a leader in solving technically challenging problems through its innovative technology.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a bi-lingual French and English speaking IT support support person at sensen.ai in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for remote work. The work involves working with the city of Montreal to deploy SenSen technology to begin with and other customers as we expand our services. The job involves working on systems deployed on city owned vehicles and the person will be responsible for conducting on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of SenSen's sensor AI technology. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to customers, and collaborating with the engineering team.Qualifications & ExperienceTechnical skills in installation, maintenance, and repairKnowledge of networking, IT, linux, windows, is a mustExperience in troubleshooting technical issuesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience in the field service industry is a plusKnowledge of Cameras, CCTV and associated networking is a plusStrong communication skills and customer management skillsAbility to communicate fluently in French and English is a mustDiploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
