AIRHAWKE staff are experts in their fields and highly engaged as they thrive on the challenges that each new program and customer brings. Directly reporting to the Engineering Director, in your role you will be:

Program Planning
Provide technical expertise and input to the Director of Engineering during the estimating and planning phase of a program to establish an appropriate engineering schedule and resource plan.
Advising on engineering software and license requirements for a given program.
Serve as the focal for all technical communication and coordination with direct customer and suppliers for assigned program(s).
Lead and manage execution of engineering deliverables with selected program team per agreed schedule.
Coordinate and report-out weekly with Director of Engineering to ensure schedules are up-to-date and resource requirements are met.
Provide on-site support and conduct surveys at customer facilities as required.
Engineering Processes
Define, document and establish best practices by engineering discipline, program or customer.
Assist with development and documentation of engineering standards, processes and training materials.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry, specifically in interior completions and systems would be an asset.
University degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or College degree in design/drafting
Proficient with CATIA V5 (Mechanical Design Workbench), AutoCAD & Solidworks would be an asset.
Experience in Generative Shape Design Workbench within CATIA V5 & 3DS PLM would be an asset.
Proficient in written and verbal French and English.

Reportant directement au directeur ingénierie, dans votre fonction vous supporter/serez/amené à :

Planification du programme
Fournir une expertise technique et des informations au responsable de l'ingénierie pendant la phase d'estimation et de planification d'un programme afin d'établir un calendrier d'ingénierie et un plan de ressources appropriés.
Fournir des conseils sur les logiciels d'ingénierie et les exigences en matière de licences pour un programme donné.
Gestion du programme
Servir de point focal pour toutes les communications techniques et la coordination avec les clients directs et les fournisseurs pour le(s) programme(s) attribué(s).
Diriger et gérer l'exécution des produits livrables en matière d'ingénierie avec l'équipe de programme sélectionnée, conformément au calendrier convenu.
Coordonner et établir des rapports hebdomadaires avec le directeur de l'ingénierie pour s'assurer que les calendriers sont à jour et respectés.

Diplôme universitaire en génie aérospatial ou mécanique ou diplôme universitaire en conception/dessin.
La maîtrise de CATIA V5 (Mechanical Design Workbench), d'AutoCAD et de Solidworks serait un atout.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
