The Senior Operations Program Specialist will work towards meeting thestrategic priorities of the Legal North America Region (NAR) East andAfrica/Europe teams by developing and implementing approved plans andcompleting and organizing multiple tasks and activities. They will beresponsible for a variety of operational, administrative, and legalsupport tasks, including maintaining, tracking, and reporting on keydata related to the scope and priorities of the teams. They willcomplete activities with multiple variables, setting realistic deadlinesand managing timelines. They will provide guidance in satisfyingrequirements based on extensive knowledge of policies and procedures.The Senior Operations Program Specialist will take onadditional duties to enhance the work of the team, including, but notlimited to, developing templates, training modules, providingrecommendations, and partnering with attorneys to provide training toclients. They will create program materials and perform analysis andresearch related to program activities. The Senior Operations ProgramSpecialist will communicate with staff in various programs andstakeholders across the Conservancy. The Senior Operations Program Specialist will provide support to theLegal East and Africa/Europe Legal Teams. This dynamic position willwork on a variety of complex and/or high value administrative tasks andspecial projects. The Senior Operations Program Specialist will join adiverse team providing strategically important legal services. TheSenior Operations Program Specialist must have a high-level of attentionto detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability toeffectively collaborate with the Legal NAR East, Africa and EuropeTeams, senior leaders, and peers.
