ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator with some coordination / administrative experience within a dynamic environment to help provide highly effective advertising services to its clients. Ideal candidates will be solution-based team members with strong collaborative and organization skills to help manage various layers of communication and contribute to diverse deliverables related to facilitating sales and client accounts. They will serve as primary support to our Director of Strategy & Accounts to achieve the best results with campaign performance and client satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Partner with Account Manager through each step of the campaign process; from ideation to implementation to post-campaign reporting
  • Support the design and coordination of marketing proposals and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with the accounts, strategy, and media teams to execute marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Assist in RFP responses to ensure ease of setup by ad operations team
  • Validate campaign setup to ensure performance will be in line with customer expectations
  • Produce reports and recommendations

SKILLS REQUIRED

    2. Ability to communicate & thrive in dynamic environment

    4. Strong ability to assess priorities and multi-task
    5. Effective time management skills
    6. Ability to develop relationships with customers (internal and external), suppliers and co-workers
    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Sheets) is a must.
    8. English language, written and spoken, are necessary.
    9. French language is an asset.

APERÇU DU RÔLE

Nous recherchons un coordonnateur de comptse ayant une certaine expérience de coordination / administrative dans un environnement dynamique pour aider à fournir des services publicitaires très efficaces à ses clients. Les candidats idéaux seront des membres d'équipe axés sur les solutions dotés de solides compétences en matière de collaboration et d'organisation pour aider à gérer diverses couches de communication et contribuer à divers livrables liés à la facilitation des ventes et des comptes clients. Ils serviront de support principal à notre directeur de la stratégie et des comptes pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats avec les performances des campagnes et la satisfaction des clients.


DESCRIPTION DE L'EMPLOI


Le coordinateur de comptes sera responsable de :

Collaborer avec le gestionnaire de comptes à chaque étape du processus de campagne ; de l'idéation à la mise en œuvre en passant par la production de rapports post-campagne
Soutenir la conception et la coordination des propositions marketing et des points de contact client
Collaborer avec les équipes des comptes, de la stratégie et des médias pour mettre en œuvre des solutions de marketing et de publicité.
Aider aux réponses aux appels d'offres pour assurer la facilité de configuration par l'équipe des opérations publicitaires
Valider la configuration de la campagne pour s'assurer que les performances seront conformes aux attentes des clients
Produire des rapports et des recommandations

Capacité à communiquer et à s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique
Personnage de joueur d'équipe axé sur les résultats
Forte capacité à évaluer les priorités et multi-tâches
Compétences efficaces en gestion du temps
Capacité à développer des relations avec les clients (internes et externes), les fournisseurs et les collègues
La maîtrise de Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) ou de Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Sheets) est indispensable.
La langue anglaise, écrite et parlée, est nécessaire.
La langue française est un atout.
