Veuillez noter que ce rôle est un poste uniquement présentiel et que le travail hybride n'est pas possible dans le cadre de ce poste et ce contexte culturel actuels.

Le rôle :

Notre équipe s'agrandit et nous recrutons un(e) partenaire en ressources humaines pour assister nos employés et la direction du site en les conseillant sur diverses questions liées aux ressources humaines et en leur apportant un soutien général afin de promouvoir un environnement de travail positif.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Vous serez le point de contact de nos employés pour l'intégration, politiques d'emploi et aux informations générales sur le lieu de travail.
  • Veiller à ce que la formation, les politiques et les procédures en matière de ressources humaines soient systématiquement communiquées et mises en œuvre.
  • Se tenir au courant des lois et réglementations du travail et veiller à ce que l'organisation et les pratiques RH soient conformes aux exigences légales.
  • Soutenir des projets supplémentaires liés à la mise en place ou à l'amélioration de nouveaux processus et systèmes de ressources humaines (SIRH).
  • Maintenir les systèmes de soutien documentaire afin de s'assurer que les gestionnaires et les employés ont toujours accès à des documents à jour et conformes et soutenir la mise en œuvre des changements, si nécessaire.
  • Assurer la liaison entre l'acquisition de talents et le spécialiste de la paie et des avantages sociaux.
  • Soyez la personne à qui s’adresser pour les relations avec les employés et favorisez une culture et un environnement positifs.

Vos principales compétences :

  • Licence en ressources humaines/juridique/psychologie ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que partenaire RH, idéalement dans un environnement industriel et dans l'industrie chimique ou de laboratoire.
  • Capable de gérer des tâches multiples, d'établir des priorités et de maintenir un espace de travail.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique tels que Outlook, Office365, etc.
  • Capable de travailler avec des équipes diverses et de collaborer avec des départements, des cultures et des pays différents.
  • Expérience dans l'orientation et le conseil à la direction sur les stratégies de performance des personnes, mais doit être suffisamment pratique pour jouer un rôle de généraliste.
  • Expérience du droit du travail et de la gestion des procédures CNESST.
  • Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive et maîtrise du français et de l'anglais écrits et parlés.

We are searching a Senior Human Resources Business Partner / Associate HR Director for our people and business in Montreal, West-Island, Quebec.

Please note that this role is an on-site role only and hybrid working is not possible in this current role and cultural setting.

The role:

Our team is expanding, and we are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to assist our employees and site management with consultancy in various HR-related matters and provide general support to promote a positive work environment.

What you will do:

  • Be the point of contact for our employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to employment policies and general workplace information.
  • Ensure HR training, policies and procedures are consistently communicated and implemented.
  • Keep abreast of employment laws and regulations and ensure that the organization & HR practices comply with legal requirements.
  • Support additional projects related to establishing or improving new HR processes and HR systems (HRIS).
  • Maintain document support systems to ensure that managers and employees always have access to current and compliant documents and support the implementation of changes as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition and Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
  • Be the person to go to for employee relations and foster a positive culture and environment.

Your main skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources/legal/ psychology or similar field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR Business Partner roles and ideally in an manufacturing environment and chemical or laboratory industry.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and maintain an organised workspace and culture.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Outlook, Office365, etc.
  • Able to work well with diverse teams and collaborate across departments, cultures and countries.
  • Experienced in guiding and advising management on people performance strategies, but needs to be hands-on enough to play a generalist role.
  • Experience with labor laws and managing CNEEST case procedures.
  • Proactive problem-solver with fluency in written and spoken French and English.
