About the job
- The Administrative Coordinator will provide support to the Core Engineering team and their sub-teams, assisting with administrative functions and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Summary of the opportunity
- This role provides the opportunity to work in an office environment supporting a large team, contributing to day-to-day operations and special projects assigned. The Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the team's efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and events
- Manage department financial operations and personnel operations
- Support team members with onsite needs
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Experience Required
- 0-2 overall years of experience in the field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience with MSFT Office Suite
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Ability to support a mixed team of onsite and remote members
